Customer service is our first priority. Our warranties are among the best in the industry. We stand behind every component of our products from the frames, to upholstery and the foam. Each chair component has an appropriate limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects. Our warranties and our personal customer service satisfaction statement are provided upon request.

COMMON SIMPLE REPAIRS

Our chairs are tough but sometimes they need a little attention we can walk you through any simple repairs that can be done with little to no experience.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Please see care and cleaning instructions for optimum use and length of life for your Church Chair^TM product.

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser. The warranties below do not apply to damages from abuse, accident, carelessness, misuse, improper installation, weather, fire, flood, "acts of God", improper storage, deterioration from excessive wear or exposure, fabric soiling, intentional damage, vandalism, neglect or improper use, normal wear and tear, or other contingencies beyond control of CCA.

STEEL CHAIR FRAMES

10 year limited warranty

Our Church Chair^TM steel chair frames have a 10 year limited warranty against all manufacturing failures, including broken welds and tube failures.

UPHOLSTERY FABRIC

5 year limited warranty

Church Chair^TM upholstery fabrics have a limited warranty against failure under "normal wear and tear" including sewing. Majority of fabrics are warranted for a period of 5 years.

CHAIR FOAM

7 year limited warranty

Church Chair^TM chair foam has a 7 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

WOODEN CHAIR FRAMES

5 year limited warranty

Our Church Chair^TM wooden chair frames have a 5 year limited warranty against all failures due to manufacturing defects.

Please be advised that because of the properties naturally inherent in wood grains, some variations in finish should be expected. We cannot guarantee stain color uniformity on our wood products but make every effort possible to maintain consistency in color.
