Each chair component has an appropriate limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects. Our warranties and our personal customer service satisfaction statement are provided upon request.

Our Church Chair® steel chair frames have a lifetime limited warranty against all manufacturing failures; including broken welds and tube failures.

Our Church Chair® wooden chair frames have a 10 year limited warranty against all failures due to manufacturing defects.

Church Chair® upholstery fabrics have a limited warranty against failure under "normal wear and tear" including sewing. Majority of fabrics are warranted for a period of 10 years; a small selection of fabrics are warranted for 5 years.

Church Chair's® chair foam has a 10 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Please be advised that because of the properties naturally inherent in wood grains, some variations in finish should be expected. We cannot guarantee stain color uniformity on our wood products but make every effort possible to maintain consistency in color.
