When Church Chair Industries, Inc. started its church furniture business, the thickest sanctuary chair cushion on the market was a mere two inches thick and cost a small fortune. Church Chair's® first brand design, The Royal Stacker™, featured a five inch dual density cushion and sold for an affordable price. This chair started a chain reaction among church furniture manufacturers in the U.S. and Canada, many emerging with styles of three and four inch cushion chairs. These manufacturers have been following our lead ever since. We are the Original Church Chair® brand stackable chair manufacturer.
